[摘 要]目的 探讨水光注射联合强脉冲光治疗女性迟发性痤疮的效果及对血清炎症水平的影响。方法 选择2022年2月-2024年1月我院收治的女性迟发性痤疮患者120例，按随机数字表法原则分成观察组(n=60)、对照组(n=60)。对照组采取单纯强脉冲光治疗，观察组采取水光注射配合强脉冲光治疗，比较两组临床疗效、血清炎症因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；两组治疗3个月后血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 针对女性迟发性痤疮的患者，采取水光注射配合强脉冲光的方法治疗效果良好，可降低血清炎症因子水平，且并未增加不良反应发生几率，应用安全性较高。
