[摘 要]目的 分析脂肪干细胞胶充填、A型肉毒毒素多点注射联合治疗对眶周皮肤年轻化的改善效果。方法 回顾性分析2021年10月-2023年7月湖州曙光威兹曼美容医院接诊的73例中重度眶周凹陷患者临床资料，以面部年轻化治疗方案不同分为对照组(36例)、试验组(37例)。对照组行单一脂肪干细胞胶(SVF-Gel)眶周充填治疗，试验组行SVF-Gel眶周充填联合A型肉毒毒素多点注射治疗，比较两组治疗效果、满意度。结果 试验组皮肤色泽增强、外眦区域皱纹改善、泪沟畸形改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组治疗后3、6个月满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 SVF-Gel眶周充填联合A型肉毒毒素多点注射治疗，可有效改善眶周凹陷患者面部老化表现，患者满意度高。
