[摘 要]目的 探究早期预防与早期矫正在儿童错颌畸形治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年1月我院收治的60例错颌畸形患儿为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组30例。对照组接受常规矫正治疗干预，研究组接受早期预防与早期矫正，比较两组牙齿矫正时间、临床疗效、治疗满意度及生活质量。结果 研究组转位牙扭正时间、倾斜牙扶正时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组治疗总有效率为100.00%，高于对照组的70.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组治疗满意度为100.00%，高于对照组的70.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 早期预防和矫正儿童错颌畸形，不仅可有效改善患儿的错颌畸形情况，还能够优化患儿的口腔健康状态，整体治疗效果较为理想，临床应用价值确切高。
