[摘 要]目的 探究在前牙修复中应用微创拔牙即刻种植技术的效果及对种植体稳定性的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年12月南关区尤娜尤拉口腔门诊部收治的40例微创拔牙患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=20)。对照组给予微创拔牙延期种植，观察组给予微创拔牙即刻种植，比较两组种植体稳定性、美学效果及满意度。结果 观察组种植3、6个月后种植稳定性均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组WES、PES评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组满意度为95.00%，高于对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 微创拔牙即刻种植技术前牙修复中的应用效果优于微创拔牙延期种植，修复后种植稳定性较好，可提升美学效果及患者满意度。
