[摘 要]目的 研究在口腔美学修复中应用铸瓷贴面与烤瓷全冠的临床效果。方法 选取2022年8月-2023年2月天津市河东区二号桥街社区卫生服务中心口腔科收治的152例口腔美学修复患者，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组76例。对照组采用烤瓷全冠方式修复，试验组采用铸瓷贴面方式修复，比较两组美学修复效果、功能性评分、牙周相关指标及不良反应发生情况。结果 两组修复后1个月美学修复评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；试验组修复后3、6个月美学修复评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组舒适度、语言能力、咀嚼能力、美观度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组修复后牙周袋深度、牙龈出血程度评分、牙周炎附着丧失程度、菌斑指数评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组不良反应发生率(1.32%)低于对照组(9.21%)(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔美学修复中实施烤瓷全冠可提高美学修复效果，优化牙周相关指标，改善牙齿功能，减少不良反应，值得应用。
