[摘 要] 目前，胶原蛋白敷料在创面修复领域的应用已经引起广泛关注。作为一种具有良好的生物相容性及优异生物活性的天然高分子聚合物，胶原蛋白在皮肤慢性伤口敷料领域展现出良好应用前景。在过去几年里，随着生物技术及材料科学不断发展，胶原蛋白敷料的研究取得了显著进展。本文对胶原蛋白敷料在创面修复领域的研究进展作一综述，重点介绍其临床应用现状、作用机制及制备技术，并对胶原蛋白敷料未来的发展方向进行探讨。
