[摘 要]目的 分析氧化锆全瓷冠修复在前牙美学修复中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2022年8月-2023年10月接收的48例前牙美学修复患者为研究对象，将其按照选择修复体材质不同分为对照组(n=24)与观察组(n=24)。对照组实施烤瓷冠备牙修复，观察组实施氧化锆全瓷冠备牙修复，比较两组修复效果、牙周指标、修复满意度。结果 观察组颜色、形态、半透明度、边缘美观评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后GI、SBI、PD、MD低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组满意度为91.67%，高于对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 氧化锆全瓷冠修复治疗应用于前牙美学修复效果更佳，能够改善牙周情况，患者对修复的满意度更高，值得临床应用。
