[摘 要]目的 探讨上前牙间隙采用全瓷贴面技术修复的美学效果对牙周健康指数的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-12月南充市中心医院收治的上前牙间隙患者70例，随机分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=35)。对照组采用氧化锆全瓷冠修复，观察组采用全瓷贴面技术修复，比较两组修复效果、美学效果及牙周健康指数。结果 观察组修复优良率为100.00%，高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05)；观察组红色美学指数各项目评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组修复后牙龈指数、菌斑指数、出血指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 上前牙间隙患者采用全瓷贴面技术可获得理想的修复效果及美学效果，且可有效改善牙周健康指数，值得临床应用。
