[摘 要]目的 分析自体脂肪颗粒移植术在面部凹陷微创整形中的应用效果及安全性。方法 选择2022年10月-2023年10月于我院进行面部凹陷修复的90例患者为研究对象，根据手术方式的不同分为常规组(43例)和试验组(47例)。常规组实施常规填充手术，试验组实施自体脂肪颗粒移植术，比较两组手术效果及并发症发生情况。结果 试验组填充区形态、凹陷矫正效果、表情、不良反应评分及总评分均高于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组并发症发生率(4.26%)低于常规组(18.60%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在面部凹陷微创整形中运用自体脂肪颗粒移植术，能够达到良好的整形效果，安全性高，值得临床应用。
