[摘 要]目的 探究封闭式负压引流术联合游离植皮及皮瓣移植术治疗感染创面的效果及对疼痛程度的影响。方法 选取天津市中西医结合医院/天津市南开医院整形修复外科2020年7月-2023年7月收治的70例感染创面患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组采取常规创面修复治疗，观察组采取封闭式负压引流术联合游离植皮及皮瓣移植术治疗，比较两组临床相关指标、疼痛程度、创面愈合情况、并发症发生情况。结果 观察组创面换药次数少于对照组，抗感染药物使用时间、创面愈合时间、总治疗时间短于对照组(P<0.05)；两组植皮/移植前及拆线当日VAS评分低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组创面愈合优良率为97.14%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为0，低于对照组的5.71%，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 封闭式负压引流术联合游离植皮及皮瓣移植术治疗感染创面的效果确切，可为新生肉芽生长提供良好条件，能改善临床相关指标，缓解患者疼痛，促进创面愈合，且不增加并发症发生率，值得临床应用。
