[摘 要]目的 探究天然煅烧骨粉(CBB)联合浓缩生长因子(CGF)对牙周骨缺损的修复作用。方法 选取2022年4月-2023年4月我院收治的60例牙周骨缺损患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组30例。对照组采用CBB治疗，研究组采用CBB联合CGF治疗，比较两组牙龈愈合情况、牙周指标及垂直骨缺损高度(VDD)。结果 研究组牙龈愈合良好率为76.67%，高于对照组的46.67%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组术后6个月BI、PD、CAL均低于术前，且研究组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组术后6个月VDD均低于术前，且研究组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CBB联合CGF修复牙周骨缺损在改善牙周健康和修复软硬组织方面表现出更理想的效果，优于单独使用CBB治疗，可有效修复牙周骨缺损，促进牙龈愈合，改善牙周指标，临床应用价值确切。
