[摘 要]目的 探究在中重度痤疮患者中应用火针联合中药面膜对其炎性因子水平的影响。方法 选取宁夏回族自治区中西医结合医院2023年1月-2024年1月收治的100例中重度痤疮患者为研究对象，随机分为参照组和试验组，每组50例。参照组行火针治疗，试验组行火针联合中药面膜治疗，比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为94.00%，高于参照组的74.00%(P<0.05)；试验组治疗后TNF-α、IL-8水平均低于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组不良反应发生率为12.00%，低于参照组的48.00%(P<0.05)。结论 火针联合中药面膜治疗中重度痤疮的效果良好，可有效降低患者血清炎性因子水平，改善中重度痤疮症状，且治疗后不良反应发生几率较小，应用安全性较高。
