[摘 要]目的 探讨眶周联合悬吊除皱术对面部年轻化效果的影响。方法 选取2021年2月-2022年6月长春海峡整形医院收治的80例面部老化患者，以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40)。对照组采用单一上眼睑矫正术，观察组采用眶周联合悬吊除皱术，比较两组皱纹改善效果、患者自我评价及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组术后6个月WSRS、鱼尾纹评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组术后6个月创口美观、川字纹改善、眉眼间距改善、外眼角下垂改善、重睑弧度流畅评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为5.00%，低于对照组的22.50%(P<0.05)。结论 眶周联合悬吊除皱术治疗面部老化能够改善患者鱼尾纹、川字纹等面部老化问题，且术后并发症发生几率较低，值得临床应用。
