[摘 要]目的 探究肋软骨在修复唇裂鼻畸形中的临床应用效果及对鼻尖至鼻底的高度及患侧鼻底的宽度影响。方法 选取我院2023年1月-2024年1月收治的62例唇裂鼻畸形患者作为研究对象，随机分为常规组和试验组，每组31例。常规组采用鼻中隔软骨修复，试验组采用肋软骨修复，比较两组修复效果、鼻尖至鼻底的高度及患侧鼻底的宽度、治疗满意度。结果 试验组治疗后鼻尖形态、鼻小柱高度、鼻背形态修复效果优于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组术后鼻尖至鼻底的高度及患侧鼻底的宽度优于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组治疗满意度(96.77%)高于常规组(80.65%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肋软骨应用于修复唇裂鼻畸形患者，有助于提升治疗效果，改善鼻尖至鼻底的高度及患侧鼻底的宽度，提高患者及家属的满意度，值得应用。
