[摘 要]目的 探究在后牙颊侧轻度骨缺损患者中应用引导骨组织再生技术的效果及对患者种植成功率及口腔健康状况的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年12月南关区尤娜尤拉口腔门诊部收治的40例后牙颊侧轻度骨缺损患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=20)。对照组给予上前牙二期种植，观察组给予引导骨组织再生技术，比较两组种植成功率、口腔健康状况、不良反应发生情况及牙齿美观度。结果 观察组种植成功率为95.00%，高于对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组口腔健康状况指数(OHIP-I)低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%，低于对照组的30.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组WES评分、PES评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 引导骨组织再生技术在牙颊侧轻度骨缺损患者中的应用效果确切，可提升修复成功率，改善口腔健康状况，促进新骨形成，能够有效降低术后并发症发生几率，有利于提高牙齿美观度。
