[摘 要]目的 探讨采用口腔种植牙修复术治疗牙列缺损的临床效果及对患者牙周健康的影响。方法 选取2022年3月-2023年5月临沂市中医院收治的126例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，随机分为参照组与研究组，各63例。参照组应用传统义齿修复术，研究组应用口腔种植牙修复术，比较两组临床疗效、修复效果、牙周指标及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为98.41%，高于参照组的87.30%(P<0.05)；研究组舒适程度、美观程度、言语功能、咀嚼功能、固定功能评分高于参照组(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后牙菌斑指数、牙龈指数及龈沟出血指数低于参照组(P<0.05)；研究组并发症发生率为1.59%，低于参照组的12.70%(P<0.05)。结论 口腔种植牙修复术治疗牙列缺损的效果确切，有利于提升患者舒适程度与美观程度，提高其言语功能、咀嚼功能、固定功能，改善牙周健康，且并发症发生风险较低，值得临床应用。
