[摘 要]目的 探讨口腔正畸联合种植修复治疗错颌畸形及牙列缺损及对患者牙齿功能和牙齿美观度的影响。方法 选取2018年7月-2021年5月华海平口腔科诊所收治的90例牙列缺损伴错颌畸形患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组采用种植修复治疗，观察组采用口腔正畸联合种植修复治疗，比较两组临床疗效、牙齿功能、牙周指数、牙齿美观度及不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为91.11%，高于对照组的82.22%(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后咀嚼功能、语言功能均优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后菌斑附着指数、软垢指数均优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组牙齿美观度为95.56%，高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为0，低于对照组的13.33%(P<0.05)。结论 口腔正畸联合种植修复治疗错颌畸形及牙列缺损效果理想，可改善牙齿功能和牙周指数，提高牙齿美观度，降低不良反应发生率。
