[摘 要]目的 探究不同矫治技术在口腔正畸治疗中对患者牙周指数及美观度的影响。方法 选取2019年9月-2022年9月于苏州口腔医院正畸科行非减数口腔正畸的100例患者为研究对象，根据矫治技术不同分为A组与B组，各50例。A组采用传统固定矫治技术，B组采用无托槽隐形矫治技术，两组均治疗18～24个月，比较两组矫治效果、牙周指数及美观度。结果 B组矫治优良率为96.00%，高于A组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗后GI、PLI、SPD、SBI均低于治疗前，且B组低于A组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；B组WES、PES评分均高于A组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用无托槽隐形矫治技术进行口腔正畸治疗效果更好，有助于改善牙周健康状况，提高美观度，值得临床应用。
