[摘 要]目的 探究在中度寻常性痤疮患者中应用一清胶囊联合米诺环素胶囊治疗的效果。方法 选取如皋博爱医院2020年1月-2023年12月收治的60例中度寻常性痤疮患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同分为西医组(n=30)和联合组(n=30)。西医组给予米诺环素胶囊治疗，联合组给予一清胶囊联合米诺环素胶囊治疗，比较两组临床疗效、皮损数量、中医症候积分及不良反应发生情况。结果 联合组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于西医组的76.67%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；联合组治疗后炎性皮损及非炎性皮损数量均少于西医组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；联合组治疗后口臭、大便干结、小便黄赤、苔厚黄腻评分均低于西医组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 一清胶囊联合米诺环素胶囊在中度寻常性痤疮患者中的应用效果确切，能够提高治疗效果，改善皮损情况，有利于降低中医症候积分，应用安全性良好。
