[摘 要]目的 观察在口腔颌面外伤患者治疗中应用美容缝合技术的效果。方法 选取我院2023年5月-2024年3月收治的110例口腔颌面外伤患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为参照组(n=55)和试验组(n=55)。参照组予以常规缝合技术治疗，试验组予以美容缝合技术治疗，比较两组伤口愈合情况、满意度、术后瘢痕长度及并发症发生情况。结果 试验组伤口愈合优良率为96.36%，高于参照组的83.64%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组伤口瘢痕满意度、伤口愈合满意度、伤口美观满意度、缝合操作满意度评分高于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组术后瘢痕长度短于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组并发症发生率为5.45%，低于参照组的20.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 口腔颌面外伤治疗中采用美容缝合技术可以帮助患者获得更为良好的缝合效果，更有利于促进伤口愈合，减少并发症的发生，缩短术后瘢痕长度，提高患者满意度。
