[摘 要]目的 研究强脉冲光联合激光在面部皮肤美容中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年5月-2023年10月于东明县人民医院接受面部皮肤美容治疗的79例患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=41)。对照组采用单一激光治疗，观察组采用强脉冲光联合激光治疗，比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生情况及美容效果。结果 观察组治疗效果优良率为82.93%，高于对照组的52.63%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为2.44%，低于对照组的21.05%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组干预后GAIS、GPS评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 强脉冲光联合激光治疗在面部皮肤美容中的应用效果确切，可改善皮肤状况，提高面部皮肤美观度，且术后并发症发生几率较低，有效性及安全性均较高。
