[摘 要]目的 探讨火针治疗损容性皮肤病(DDS)的有效性及对患者心理状态的影响。方法 选取2022年7月-2024年5月我院收治的100例DDS患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各50例。对照组行CO2激光治疗，观察组行火针治疗，比较两组中医证候积分、皮损状态、心理状态、皮肤屏障功能及治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗后干燥刺痛、面部瘙痒、面部潮红灼热、脉沉细、舌淡胖水滑评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后皮损颜色、皮损类型、脂溢情况评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后TWEL、SAPC均低于对照组，WCSC高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的74.00%(P<0.05)。结论 火针治疗DDS可改善中医证候积分及皮肤状态，缓解心理压力，改善皮肤屏障功能，疗效较佳。
