[摘 要]目的 观察断冠再接术联合活髓切断术治疗年轻恒前牙外伤冠折露髓效果。方法 选取我院2022年1月-2023年6月收治的60例年轻恒牙冠折露髓患者为研究对象，按冠折断片保留完整与否分为对照组30例与试验组30例。对照组采用活髓切断术联合树脂修复牙冠，试验组采用活髓切断术联合断冠再接术，比较两组治疗后2周及3、6、12个月修复成功率及满意度。结果 试验组治疗后2周及3、6、12个月修复成功率分别为96.67%、96.67%、96.67%、93.33%，高于对照组的66.67%、63.33%、63.33%、60.00%(P<0.05)；试验组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 断冠再接术联合活髓切断术治疗年轻恒前牙外伤冠折露髓有利于提升修复成功率，且患者满意度较高。

    [Abstract]Objective To observe and analyze the effect of crown reattachment combined with pulpotomy in the treatment of crown fracture and pulp exposure of young permanent anterior teeth.
