[摘 要]目的 分析口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损的效果及对美学效果的影响。方法 选择我院2023年1月-12月收治的100例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各50例。对照组采用固定桥修复，观察组采用口腔种植修复，比较两组功能恢复效果、美学效果、口腔健康生活质量。结果 观察组治疗后最大咬合力、咬合力持续时间、咬合力对称性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后牙体外形、牙体色泽、牙齿协调性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后功能限制、疼痛、心理不适评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 相较于常规修复，口腔种植修复牙列缺损具有更好的功能恢复效果与美学效果，有利于提升患者生活质量，值得临床应用。
