[摘 要]目的 评价在口腔修复中应用口腔数字化技术的效果。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年1月于湖北职业技术学院附属惠济医院口腔科行口腔修复的100例患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组应用传统修复技术，观察组应用口腔数字化技术，比较两组修复效果、口腔功能恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组修复体黏合强度、色泽、形体评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组牙功能恢复率、咀嚼功能恢复率、语言功能恢复率及咬合矫正恢复率均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为6.00%，低于对照组的22.00%(P<0.05)。结论 口腔数字化技术在口腔修复中的应用效果确切，可提高患者的修复体黏合强度及美观度，改善其口腔功能，且修复后并发症发生几率较低，安全性良好。
