[摘 要]目的 分析在中重度痤疮患者中应用复方甘草酸苷片联合阿维A胶囊治疗的效果及对患者性激素及皮肤美观度的影响。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年12月我院收治的64例中重度痤疮患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各32例。对照组给予阿维A胶囊治疗，观察组给予复方甘草酸苷片联合阿维A胶囊治疗，比较两组临床疗效、性激素水平及美观满意度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为81.25%，高于对照组的56.25%(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后T、P、E2、LH水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后皮肤美观度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 复方甘草酸苷片联合阿维A胶囊治疗中重度痤疮的效果良好，可有效改善患者的性激素水平及痤疮症状，有利于提高皮肤美观度。
