[摘 要]目的 研究口腔正畸联合种植义齿治疗成人前牙错颌畸形及牙列缺损的临床效果及对患者口腔功能、牙周健康的影响。方法 选取2022年8月-2023年12月就诊于涟源蓝田康胜口腔医院的50例成人前牙错颌畸形及牙列缺损患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组25例。对照组开展义齿种植，观察组实施口腔正畸联合种植义齿治疗，比较两组口腔功能、牙周健康、咬合功能、生活质量。结果 观察组治疗后口腔功能各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗牙周指数各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后咬合功能优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组生活质量各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将口腔正畸联合种植义齿用于治疗成人前牙错颌畸形及牙列缺损，在改善患者口腔功能的同时，有助于增进其预后口腔健康水平及咬合功能，并能够提高患者生活质量。
