[摘 要]目的 探讨口腔正畸与修复结合治疗在牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者中的运用及对牙齿功能及其美观性的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-2024年4月滨城精诚口腔门诊部收治的80例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者，使用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各40例。对照组使用单一的口腔修复治疗，研究组使用口腔正畸与修复结合治疗，比较两组牙齿功能、牙齿美观满意度、并发症发生率。结果 研究组治疗后吞咽功能、咀嚼效率、语言功能和咬合力均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组牙齿美观满意度(97.50%)高于对照组(85.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组并发症发生率(2.50%)低于对照组(17.50%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 使用口腔正畸联合修复治疗可有效改善牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者的牙齿功能，提高患者对牙齿美观的满意度，降低并发症发生率。
