[摘 要]目的 比较烤瓷贴面和铸瓷贴面两种修复技术在前牙美学修复中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年2月-2023年5月于信宜康民口腔门诊部接受前牙美学修复治疗的60例患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组30例。对照组接受铸瓷贴面，观察组接受烤瓷贴面，比较两组颜色匹配度、透光性、自然光泽度、美学修复效果满意度以及整体美观效果视觉模拟量表评分。结果 观察组颜色匹配度、透光性和自然光泽度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组术后1、6、12个月美学修复效果满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组术后1、6、12个月整体美观效果VAS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 烤瓷贴面在前牙美学修复中表现出更优异的美学效果，尤其在颜色匹配、透光性及光泽度方面更接近天然牙，是前牙美学修复的优选技术，值得临床应用。
