[摘 要]目的 观察在颜面部软组织损伤患者治疗期间给予其整形美容外科修复对患者美观度和心理状态的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-12月新疆医科大学第八附属医院收治的30例颜面部软组织损伤患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组(n=15)与观察组(n=15)。对照组实施常规临床修复治疗，观察组实施整形美容外科修复治疗，比较两组修复效果、美观度、总体治疗效果、心理状态、并发症发生情况。结果观察组皮肤功能评分高于对照组，而畸形发生率、瘢痕发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后SCAR评分、Face-Q评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗优良率(100.00%)高于对照组(53.33%)(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(40.00%)(P<0.05)。结论 将整形美容外科修复应用于颜面部软组织损伤可取得较为理想的修复效果，可提升美观度，改善患者心理状态，减少并发症，安全性较高，值得在临床应用。
