[摘 要]目的 探析剖宫产美容缝合过程中燕式无张缝合术的应用效果及对美观度、并发症发生率的影响。方法 选取2022年11月-2023年12月我院产科收治的接受剖宫产术的68例产妇为研究对象，随机分为参照组和试验组，均为34例。参照组选择传统缝合法，试验组则应用燕式无张缝合术，比较两组缝合效果、临床指标、切口美观度、满意度及并发症发生率。结果 试验组总有效率(100.00%)高于参照组(85.29%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组缝合时间、切口愈合时间短于参照组，瘢痕宽度、瘢痕最薄厚度低于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组切口美观度评分高于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组满意度评分高于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组并发症发生率(2.94%)低于参照组(20.59%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在剖宫产美容缝合中应用燕式无张缝合术可减轻切口瘢痕程度，提升美观度和满意度，减少并发症发生率。
