[摘 要]目的 探讨在鼻整形中应用高密度多孔聚乙烯联合自体耳软骨、硅胶假体的效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年12月于上海静和医疗门诊部行鼻整形的82例患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。对照组采用单纯硅胶假体行鼻整形手术，观察组采用高密度多孔聚乙烯联合自体耳软骨、硅胶假体行鼻整形手术，比较两组鼻部形态、美容效果满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组术后鼻唇角小于对照组，鼻长、鼻深大于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组美容效果满意度为97.56%，高于对照组的80.49%(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为9.76%，低于对照组21.95%(P<0.05)。结论 高密度多孔聚乙烯联合自体耳软骨、硅胶假体在鼻整形中的应用效果确切，能有效改善鼻部形态，获得更高的美容效果满意度，且术后并发症发生率较低，应用安全性较高。
