[摘 要]目的 探讨牙列缺损和过小牙患者采用正畸联合修复治疗的临床疗效及对牙齿排列整齐度、咬合关系、牙龈状况的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年12月在我院口腔科就诊的牙列缺损和过小牙患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组采用单纯正畸治疗，观察组采用正畸联合修复治疗，比较两组治疗效果、满意度及并发症发生率。结果 观察组牙齿排列整齐度、咬合关系、牙龈状况评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗效果、美观程度、舒适度满意度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为4.00%，低于对照组的16.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 正畸联合修复治疗在牙列缺损和过小牙患者中的应用效果确切，可提升患者满意度，降低并发症发生风险，值得临床应用。
