[摘 要]目的 探讨种植牙修复技术治疗游离端缺失牙的临床效果及对牙齿咀嚼功能、美观度的影响。方法 选择2020年10月-2022年10月优德口腔门诊部收治的74例游离端缺失牙患者，经随机数字表法分为活动义齿组和种植修复组，每组37例。活动义齿组接受常规义齿修复治疗，种植修复组接受常种植牙修复治疗，比较两组修复效果、牙齿咀嚼功能、牙齿美观度、牙齿稳定性及修复满意率。结果 种植修复组修复总有效率(97.30%)高于活动义齿组(83.78%)(P<0.05)；种植修复组牙齿咀嚼功能、牙齿美观度评分均高于活动义齿组(P<0.05)；种植修复组有35例牙齿稳定性良好者(94.59%)，高于活动义齿组的22例(59.46%)(P<0.05)；种植修复组修复满意率(100.00%)高于活动义齿组(89.19%)(P<0.05)。结论 相较于常规活动义齿修复法，采取种植牙修复技术对游离端缺失牙患者进行治疗可有效提高其修复效果，改善咀嚼功能、修复体稳定性，且患者满意度更高。
