[摘 要]目的 分析正畸联合口腔种植治疗牙列缺损的整体效果。方法 选取2020年8月-2022年8月盘州市人民医院收治的76例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各38例。对照组给予口腔种植治疗，观察组给予正畸联合口腔种植治疗，比较两组临床疗效、美容效果、牙齿功能及不适反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗优良率为97.37%，高于对照组的81.58%(P<0.05)；观察组前牙覆盖完整及覆牙合良好、牙齿排列整齐、后牙咬合良好占比均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后发音功能、咀嚼功能及固定功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组不适反应发生率为10.53%，低于对照组的31.58%(P<0.05)。结论 正畸联合口腔种植在牙列缺损患者中的应用效果确切，可改善牙列美观度及牙齿功能，且不适反应较少，值得临床应用。
