[摘 要]目的 探究口腔正畸中应用种植体支抗和传统强支抗效果的差异。方法 选择2021年10月-2022年10月我院收治的60例口腔正畸患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为常规组与试验组，每组30例。常规组应用传统强支抗，试验组采用种植体支抗，比较两组临床疗效、口腔正畸相关指标、满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果 试验组总有效率为96.67%，高于常规组的76.67%(P<0.05)；试验组磨牙位移低于常规组，上中切牙倾角差、上中切牙凸距差高于常规组(P<0.05)；试验组治疗后美观满意评分、舒适满意评分高于常规组(P<0.05)；试验组并发症发生率为6.67%，低于常规组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论 相较于传统强支抗正畸，口腔正畸治疗中应用种植体支抗整体治疗效果更好，支抗效果理想，且患者满意度及治疗安全性较高，值得临床应用。
