[摘 要]目的 分析在错颌伴牙列缺损患者中应用口腔正畸联合修复方案的效果。方法 选取2022年1月-12月银川市口腔医院收治的82例错颌伴牙列缺损患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组41例。对照组接受口腔修复方案治疗，试验组接受口腔正畸联合修复方案治疗，比较两组修复效果、咬合功能及并发症发生情况。结果 试验组修复总有效率为92.68%，高于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05)；试验组咀嚼效率、咬合力均高于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组并发症发生率为4.88%，低于对照组的19.51%(P<0.05)。结论 口腔正畸联合修复方案在错颌伴牙列缺损患者中的应用效果确切，可提升修复效果，有效改善患者的咬合功能，且修复后并发症发生几率较低，安全性较高。
