[摘 要]目的 分析在前牙美学修复中应用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复的效果及对患者牙周健康指数的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2024年1月中山市陈文瑞口腔诊所收治的60例前牙缺损患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组给予钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复，观察组给予二氧化锆全瓷冠修复，比较两组牙周健康指数、修复效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组牙龈健康状况、修复体外形、美学指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组修复体固定性、边缘适合性比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%，低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论 二氧化锆全瓷冠修复在前牙美学修复中的应用效果确切，可有效改善患者的牙周健康状况，提高修复效果，且修复后不良反应发生几率较低，应用安全性较高。
