[摘 要]目的 探讨微创小切口重睑术的效果与安全性。方法 选取2023年1月-12月于空军特色医学中心皮肤整形中心接受重睑术的196例患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组102例和对照组94例。对照组予以传统重睑术治疗，观察组予以微创小切口重睑术治疗，比较两组术后恢复情况、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果 观察组术后消肿时间、眼睑弧度恢复时间和瘢痕恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)；两组并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组满意度为94.12%，高于对照组的84.04%(P<0.05)。结论 相较于传统重睑术，微创小切口重睑术术后康复时间短、术后并发症发生风险小，患者满意度更高。
