[摘 要]目的 探究口腔种植修复在牙列缺损治疗中的效果及对牙齿功能和美观性的影响。方法 选取2020年7月-2024年1月临沂兰山吴晓辉口腔诊所口腔科接收的67例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=34)。对照组行常规修复治疗，观察组行口腔种植修复治疗，比较两组临床疗效、牙齿功能、美学情况与并发症发生率。结果 观察组总有效率为94.12%，高于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后牙齿功能优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组WES、PES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为5.88%，低于对照组的30.30%(P<0.05)。结论 在牙列缺损治疗中，口腔种植修复治疗效果确切，可促进患者口腔功能恢复，提升美学效果，减少并发症，应用价值较高。
