[摘 要]目的 分析在恒牙根尖敞开患者中实施口腔显微镜下iRoot BP Plus根尖屏障联合热牙胶充填技术的治疗效果。方法 选择2022年1月-2024年2月我院收治的恒牙根尖敞开患者60例，通过随机数字表法分为参照组与试验组，各30例。参照组接受口腔显微镜下常规热牙胶充填技术治疗，试验组在口腔显微镜下行iRoot BP Plus根尖屏障联合热牙胶充填技术治疗，比较两组治疗效果、龈沟液炎性因子(白介素-6、白介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α)、咬合力、疼痛情况。结果 试验组治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于参照组(76.67%)(P<0.05)；试验组治疗后白介素-6、白介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α低于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组治疗后咬合力高于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组治疗后疼痛评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 在恒牙根尖敞开患者中实施口腔显微镜下iRoot BP Plus根尖屏障联合热牙胶充填技术有助于提升治疗效果，减轻患牙的炎性反应，也能提升患者咬合力，缓解疼痛感，值得应用。
