[摘 要]目的 探究全瓷全冠与高嵌体修复低矮磨牙的美学效果及对咀嚼功能的影响。方法 选取2023年6月-2024年1月河东区汤头街道葛沟卫生院收治的60例低矮磨牙患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组予以全瓷全冠修复，观察组予以高嵌体修复，比较两组修复效果、咀嚼功能、美学效果及生活质量。结果 观察组修复优良率为90.00%，高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)；观察组修复后3、6个月咀嚼效率、咬合力优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组修复后3、6个月PES、WES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组GQOL-74评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 相较于全瓷全冠修复，高嵌体修复低矮磨牙效果及美学效果更佳，可改善患者咀嚼功能、生活质量，值得临床应用。
