[摘 要]目的 分析在乳房下垂患者中应用直线法乳房成形术修复对其乳房形态的影响。方法 选取2022年4月-2024年3月上海艺星医疗美容医院收治的64例乳房下垂患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分对照组和观察组，每组32例。对照组行双环法手术，观察组行直线法乳房成形术，比较两组乳房形态、乳房修复满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗后乳房下皱襞中点到乳头距离、胸骨上凹到乳头距离、过乳头胸围、乳晕直径均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组乳房修复满意度为96.88%，高于对照组的81.25%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为6.25%，低于对照组的25.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对乳房下垂患者采用直线法乳房成形术修复可有效调整乳房形态，提升乳房修复满意度，且术后并发症发生几率较低，应用安全性较高。
