[摘 要]目的 探究在前牙全瓷美容修复患者中采取规范化护理对其口腔美观情况的影响。方法 选取2022年8月-2024年8月于中日友好医院口腔科行前牙全瓷美容修复的74例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组，各37例。参照组实施常规护理，试验组实施规范化护理，比较两组口腔美观情况、心理状态、生活质量、护理满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组修复色泽、排列整齐、面容改善、整体美观评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)；两组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前，且试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组生活质量各维度评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组护理满意度为97.30%，高于参照组的78.38%(P<0.05)；试验组不良反应发生率为5.41%，低于参照组24.32%(P<0.05)。结论 在前牙全瓷美容修复患者中采取规范化护理的效果良好，可提高口腔美观情况，有效改善患者的心理状态，有利于提升其生活质量及护理满意度，值得临床应用。
