[摘 要] 户外活动中因多样复杂的情况及环境因素，皮肤损伤高发且可能带来严重健康问题。灵芝壳聚糖具备分子量小以及不含致敏蛋白的特性，在户外活动所致的皮肤受损修复过程中，发挥着独特的抗感染、止血、止痛及促进创面愈合的作用，这为户外活动中皮肤损伤的处理提供了一种安全且有效的解决方案。本文旨在分析灵芝壳聚糖在户外活动皮肤损伤中的应用进展，以期为相关领域的研究和应用提供参考，从而推动灵芝壳聚糖在创面修复领域的进一步发展。

    [Abstract] Due to various and complex conditions and environmental factors in outdoor activities， skin injury is highly prevalent and may cause serious health problems. Ganoderma lucidum chitosan， with the characteristics of small molecular weight and without allergenic protein， plays a unique role in anti-infection， hemostasis， analgesia and wound healing in the repair of skin injury caused by outdoor activities， which provides a safe and effective approach for the treatment of skin injuries in outdoor activities.
