【摘要】目的:提高腺性膀胱炎的临床治疗效果。方法:对40例腺性膀胱炎患者施行经尿道电切术，术后以吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗。结果:随访6～24个月 21例痊愈，18例好转，1例复发，无癌变病例。结论:经尿道电切，术后配合吡柔比星灌注治疗是治疗腺性膀胱炎,疗效满意、毒副作用低是治疗腺性膀胱炎的主要方法。

    【Abstract】Objective To improve the clinical treatment of cystitis glandulari.Methods 40 cases of cystitis glandulari were performed for transureal electronresection,and then treated with mitomycin-c irrigation.Results During follow-up(ranging 6-24 months),21 cases fully recovered,18cases had improved, 1cases had relapse.No case developed adenocarcinoma.Conclusion Transureal electronresection combined with mitomycin-c irrigation of bladder is effective with less side effect for cystitis glandulari.
