高能聚焦超声技术治疗肿瘤的应用与探讨

【摘要】 高强度聚焦超声技术(HIFU)治疗肿瘤是近年来研究的一种新型热固疗法，是体内深/浅部肿瘤无创伤非侵入性治疗手段。本文对200例成人不同部位肿瘤组织进行治疗，临床疼痛症状明显改善。病理结果：取材15例进行光镜观察，全部靶区肿瘤组织凝固性坏死明显，达到50-80%面积。其中1例取材电镜观察，靶区肿瘤组织细胞大量坏死。超声影象学变化：靶区治疗后B超声像图出现均匀或不均匀回声增强，表现影象学灰度变化及肿瘤血流变化。

【Abstract】 High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) treatment of cancer research in recent years a new type of thermosetting therapy, is the body of deep / shallow non-invasive non-invasive tumor treatment. This article on 200 adult patients treated in different parts of tumor tissue, clinical pain symptoms improved significantly. Pathology results: drawn by light microscopy in 15 cases, all of target coagulation necrosis of tumor tissue significantly, reaching 50-80% area. Derived electron microscopy in one case, massive necrosis target tumor cells.
