【摘要】目的:分析和探讨冠心病患者的活动平板运动非ST段改变心电图的诊断特征和方法。方法 随机选择95例患者，分为冠心病组59例，无心脏病组36例，行Bruce方案(变速斜率运动)开展活动平板运动试验。 结果 两组患者的活动平板运动非ST段改变心电图之间具有显著的差异；冠心病组与无心脏病组的阳性率存在显著差异。结论 活动平板运动非ST段改变心电图对冠心病的诊断是临床评估过程中，具有较高应用价值的没有创伤性的负荷诊断试验，该方法还可用于对健康人的隐性冠心病进行危险性预测。

【Abstract】Objective Analyze and research ECG diagnostic features and methods of coronary heart disease treadmill exercise non-ST segment changes. Methods Randomly selected 95 patients and divided 59 patients into coronary heart disease group, 36 patients into without heart disease, carried out bruce line program (variable slope movement) treadmill exercise test. Results The difference of the activities of two group patients of non-ST segment changes during treadmill exercise ECG is significantly; the positive rates of coronary heart disease group and without heart disease group are significantly different. Conclusions In the clinical assessment process, the ECG diagnosis of coronary heart disease treadmill exercise non-ST segment changes are with higher value of the load with no invasive diagnostic test, this method can also be used on healthy people for hidden coronary heart disease risk prediction ......
