应用增强CT进行肿瘤三维适形放疗前定位扫描探讨

【摘要】目的：对三维适形放疗(3-Dimensional Conformal adiatherapy，3DCRT)前的增强CT定位扫描技术进行研讨， 以期获得更好的图像质量及病变靶区的精确定位。方法：对恶性肿瘤1180例患者行三维适形放疗前的肿瘤增强CT定位，然后通过DICOM数字格式图像将所获得的图像传输至WIMRT治疗计划系统，通过重建靶区及正常组织的图像，对病变进行精确定位，制定放疗计划，并在直线加速器上实施。结果：1180例肿瘤患者均定位准确，病变组织明显缩小，周围正常组织损伤较少，符合3DCRT的要求。结论：增强CT是3DCRT 中提供精确定位的方法之一，对提高恶性肿瘤患者的放疗效果有重要价值。
