【摘要】目的:探讨锁定钢板内固定加同种异体骨植骨治疗Pilon骨折的治疗效果。 方法 回顾研究25例Pilon骨折均择期行锁定钢板内固定加同种异体骨植骨治疗进行效果观察。 结果 25例病例骨折均愈合，骨折复位良好，无术后再移位情况。 结论 锁定钢板内固定加同种异体骨植骨治疗Pilon骨折效果满意，具有手术简单、固定牢靠、术后并发症少、骨折愈合良好、可早期功能锻炼等优点。

【Abstract】ObjectiveExplore locking plate fixation plus allogeneic bone grafts Pilon fracture therapeutic effect of treatment. MethodThe review 25 cases Pilon fractures are elective line locking plate fixation plus allogeneic bone grafts treatment results were observed. Results25 cases fractures are healing, fracture restoration is good, no postoperative then shift condition.ConclusionLocking plate fixation plus allograft bone graft Pilon fracture with satisfactory effect and treatment with surgery is simple, fixed firmly, postoperative fracture healing fewer complications, and early functional exercise, high etc.
